Valkyrie Team Members ONLY Experience one of the most dynamic and exciting circus disciplines in the world! German Wheel combines strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, dance, and acrobatics into one incredible apparatus. Athletes learn to move with the wheel rather than simply inside it, creating breathtaking spins, rolls, pivots, and artistic sequences that challenge both body and mind. Designed specifically for Valkyrie Team Members, this class develops the athletic foundation needed to excel across all circus disciplines. Students will build core strength, spatial awareness, body control, timing, and confidence while learning proper technique, safety, mounting and dismounting skills, straight-line rolling, spirals, vaults, and beginning artistic choreography. Beyond learning tricks, German Wheel teaches athletes how to generate momentum, harness centrifugal force, and move with precision and intention. These skills translate directly into improved aerial awareness, dynamic movement quality, and stronger overall performance on apparatus such as silks, lyra, trapeze, hammock, and rope.
