Silks Intro Series with Coach Gingy ( Week One Ages 7-10)

From June 10th to 14th, every day from 12:00pm to 1:30pm, students will delve into the captivating world of aerial silks under the expert guidance of Coach Gingy.

Throughout the series, participants will learn the fundamental techniques and skills needed to conquer the silks with confidence and grace. From mastering basic climbs to executing elegant poses and dynamic wraps, each session is carefully crafted to build strength, flexibility, and coordination in a safe and supportive environment.

Under Coach Gingy's patient and encouraging instruction, students will progress at their own pace, discovering their inner strength and unlocking their aerial potential. By the end of the week, participants will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to confidently enroll in the Silks Level 1 class.
