• Cost: $45 for you and a friend (bring your bestie!)
• Level: Suitable for all levels, no prior aerial experience required.

What to Expect:

In this workshop, Coach Janine will guide you and your best friend through an exhilarating journey that combines the strength-building benefits of Aerial Fit with the graceful flow of Aerial Yoga.

• Strength-Building Exercises: Discover a whole new level of strengthening exercises that will challenge and tone your muscles. Coach Janine will introduce you to effective techniques to build core strength and improve overall body conditioning.
• Flowing Yogic Sequences: Let your mind relax as you flow through yogic sequences within the aerial hammocks. Experience the fusion of aerial and yoga, achieving both physical and mental balance.
• Savasana Bliss: After an invigorating workout, you'll enjoy a well-deserved Savasana (relaxation pose) while suspended in the hammock. Feel weightless and let go of any tension as you unwind and rejuvenate.
