Cancellation Policy
Valkyrie Aerial Acrobatics Competition Team Commitment Policy Annual Commitment Membership on the Valkyrie Aerial Acrobatics Competition Team is a twelve (12) month commitment. By accepting a position on the team, the athlete and/or parent/guardian acknowledges that participation is for the full competitive season and agrees to fulfill all financial obligations associated with that commitment. The current competition season runs from August through July. Tuition Competition Team tuition is $275 per month and is due regardless of attendance, vacation, illness, competition schedule, or other personal circumstances. Tuition reserves each athlete's place on the team and supports ongoing coaching, facility expenses, choreography, curriculum development, equipment maintenance, administrative costs, and year-round team programming. Withdrawal Policy Competition Team memberships may not be canceled during the competitive season except in the case of a documented medical condition that prevents the athlete from continuing participation. Requests for a medical withdrawal must: 1. Be submitted in writing. 2. Include documentation from a licensed healthcare provider stating that the athlete is unable to continue participating in aerial training. 3. Be approved by Valkyrie Aerial Acrobatics management. Approved medical withdrawals will terminate future tuition obligations beginning on the effective date of the approved withdrawal. Tuition already paid is non-refundable. Financial Responsibility If an athlete voluntarily withdraws from the Competition Team for any reason other than an approved medical withdrawal, the athlete and/or parent/guardian remains financially responsible for the full twelve (12) months of Competition Team tuition. Because coaching schedules, staffing, facility availability, competition planning, choreography, and team budgeting are established based on annual enrollment commitments, a participant's financial obligation is not canceled by discontinuing attendance. Unpaid tuition balances may be billed immediately or collected according to the payment schedule established by Valkyrie Aerial Acrobatics. Acknowledgement By enrolling in the Valkyrie Aerial Acrobatics Competition Team, the athlete and/or parent/guardian acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Annual Commitment Policy and accept responsibility for the full annual tuition obligation associated with Competition Team membership.
